2. Data we collect

When you use the voice AI assistant:

• Transcripts of the conversation (audio is processed in real time by ElevenLabs and is not stored — we only keep text)
• Name, email, Telegram, phone — if you provide them
• Business context and needs — from the conversation

Automatically:

• IP address and user agent (to run the service)
• Session identifier (sessionStorage, not cookies)
• Interaction events (widget open, conversation start)

We do not collect:

• Voice recordings (audio is processed by ElevenLabs in real time)
• Tracking cookies
• Data from other websites

3. Why we process data

• To respond to your request and contact you
• To improve the AI assistant
• To analyse service usage in aggregate (without identifying individuals)

4. Who has access

• The TenetLab team (handling enquiries)
• ElevenLabs, Inc. (real-time voice processing) — Privacy Policy
• Supabase, Inc. (data storage) — EU servers
• Vercel, Inc. (site hosting)

5. Retention

• Transcripts: 90 days, then automatic deletion
• Lead contact details: until you ask us to delete them
• Session data: 90 days

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request erasure of all data
• Withdraw consent for processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

7. Consent

Before using the voice assistant we ask for explicit consent. You can decline — the rest of the site keeps working.

8. Security

• All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• Database access is restricted
• APIs are protected with authentication

We may update this policy. The latest date is shown at the top.
